    Just Cause 2 performance issues on GTX 295

    I am playing Just Cause 2 in my GTX 295 on Max settings, it play very well. But when I am in the 2nd Mission at the beginning of the casino then look the FPS go down to 45. I might need to adjust the SLI profile? In GPU water I've already made. But then it breaks less than 30 frames per second one, is that normal? In my cpu as it does a Just Cause 2 is that certainly the better graphics than gta 4. Any idea Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

    GeForce GTX 480 and Radeon HD 5870 offer at Just Cause 2 almost consistently very decent frame rates and, as usual, is the GeForce GTX 470 from quite strong. may be surprising, however, that here the Radeon HD 5870 GeForce GTX 480 through to round by a few fps - the higher-value, the settings, the greater is also the advantage of the ATI card. The good benchmarks, in multi-sampling anti-aliasing is nonetheless subject to very insufficient numbers under super-sampling anti-aliasing, is here with none of the candidates given a test playability. You need to check with thus graphic card.

    The reference values for the playability, we have 30 fps for a very playable 50 fps and fixed for a worry-free performance. Down-sampling anti-aliasing was running smoothly with Just Cause 2. Just Cause 2 DirectX 10 is at least ahead, thus running so not on Windows XP or with older graphics cards such as a Geforce 6 or Radeon X1000. All Geforce cards are required, because the Nvidia-exclusive options "Bokeh filter" and "GPU accelerated water are" extremely demanding. Because of the "Bokeh filter the image quality" by blurring effects deteriorated, you can do without this setting with a clear conscience. This looks about PhysX on the GPU accelerated from water, however, really good, but eat an immense amount of power.

    Just Cause 2 support new DirectX 11 graphics interface, new or better effects by looking in vain. Instead, use developer advance Software DirectX 11 for improved performance. The System requirements are :
    Minimum: 1280x1024, Low details
    * Video Card: Geforce 9600 GT or Radeon HD 3850
    * Processor: Core 2 Duo 1.8 GHz or Athlon 4400 + 64/X2
    * RAM: 2.0 GB of RAM
    * 4.8 GB hard disk space

    Minimum: 1680x1050, high details
    * Video Card: Geforce 9800 GTX or Radeon HD 4830
    * Processor: Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHz or Athlon 6000 + 64/X2
    * RAM: 2.0 GB of RAM
    * 4.8 GB hard disk space

    My advice would be to make the Nvidea convincing, since it so often, despite recent driver problems. And set AA to 4x and not default. If that does not help I would even check the Ram. Look with CPU-Z to whether the Ram is running at least in Dual Chanel, and with what frequency. I think this card should be quite sufficient to JC2 can enjoy the full graphical details. Despite lower specs and graphics memory, it is to clap for those machines no problem, the best textures and details in HD (!) On the screens. I own an old 19 "screen with a resolution of only 1280x1024. Nothing with that HD.

    This comparison shows the differences between normal water on highest settings and "GPU Simulated Water" in the game Just Cause 2 I was already the normal water quite nice, but the GPU version tops it all. However, the FPS go down too well. Actually thought the GTX 295 which manages almost approach the performance of a video game. It still remains probably the announced GTS455 reserved. Also, power consumption, I would have expected more, especially since the card has little power in comparison to the competition.
