I have the fix for this issue. Follow this steps-
    1. Go to documents and settings option.
    2. open the folder StarCraft II
    3. search for the file variables.txt
    4. Inside this file just include the following lines.

      • frameratecapglue=30
      • frameratecap=60

    Hope it helps.

Thanks for the reply, but still i am facing the same problem even after trying the above solution. I tried to put those files in the variables.txt files, but it did not bring any change to the problem. I even tried to put those lines in at the top of the file. Is there any person who can solve my problem? If yes then please help me out.

    -Update the window
    -reinstall the windows operating system.
    -Update the BIOS setup
Try doing all this thing and see whether it help you or not. After getting the results reply me back.

I am providing you a fix for this issue. First Open Registry Editor and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers. Now you will require to create a new 32_BIT DWORD Key by the name "TdrDelay". After that you need to assign a decimal value to key, just make the value as 10. I you are done with assigning the value to the key, now reboot the system.
