No career mode for Fifa 11 in PC version

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7. The problem is with the Fifa 11 game application that I have installed. I am not able to get a career mode option in this but could only get manager mode. I do not know what could have been causing this issue. Please help me out so that I can work well and process for the same as required.
