Assassins Creed 2 error with Sequence 12

I am using the Offline Emulator version 0.44 to play Assassins Creed 2.

I completed Assassins Creed 2 till Sequence 12. From here, I cannot continue playing. When I go into the villa, and try to move to the room for keeping the codex, A womanly sound says something like ' The data sequence is corrupt. Check the map ...... '.

And when I press the 'Esc' key, it is written - "Insufficient data to access"..."Locate memory in world" "GO to a memory start point to synchronize with the Animus."

What should I do? Please help. How to continue, and fix this.

There is no error in this i think so,u just have to go to world.

Hint:press tab u will see map,scroll it untill u see map of italy,if i am correct there are five places i do not remember their names.

u have to visit each city one by one and check for codex pages.

when u enter in one of city try to see codex pages by pressing tab key.

I hope there is no problem in this.

When I go to the room for keeping the codex page, then the lady says, "the data sequence is corrupt."...
As you told, I think the five places are Venice,Florence,Tuscanny..... .The codex icon is not shown in the map.

Have u collected all codex pages.

i think it's total 30 in number.

Currently, I only have 26 codex pages. As someone told to collect the remaining codex pages, I tried to abort the current memory and go back to the previous memory sequence. But that option is not available. So I thought of going to other locations in the present memory to find the codex pages. (After the lady says about corrupt data sequence, a small message is displayed in the left side of the screen telling that, codex pages will now be seen in the map with the following icon.) .But I didn't see any icon in the map.
What to do?

r u inside of vila,leave that place(where his uncle mario,his sister) and also leave that town too,visit any city one by one.for eg go to Venice.

I went back to many other cities...I can see treasure icon in the map, but there is no 'codex' icons in the map of any cities....

why is this? is it a rule that i should first take all the treasures before finding the codex pages..?

Also, is there a way to go back to the previous memory sequence?

i think ,yes there is way to go back.

press esc key during game ,then i do not remember exact but there is option dna or whatever try file one by one.

and i think u have purchase all treasure map.

if any problem exists then plz let me know.

But we can only go back to secondary memory locations.....

But I cannot find codex pages in the map....
