how the hell do you get past that guy at the beginning who you have to fist fight? i punch him once & he just lays me out & stands on me until i restart the saved game over manually

fFrst of all can you please tell us what is your computer specifications? Have you installed the latest graphic driver in your computer? Have you tried playing the game in normal settings or low settings? You can read out Mafia 2 Walkthrough and solve the issue yourself or you can also download the Mafia 2 save game and start the game from chapter 7.
