GTA 4 CD KEY Exceeded error message

I have trying to install Grand Theft Auto on my new Windows 7 OS. I have a good and decent configuration that meets all the necessary requirements for this game. So I have installed it successfully, everything went perfect, but when I am trying to log into the GFWL account then it is showing me error message, something related to CD KEY Exceeded, what seems to be the problem here, I want to play this game badly, please help.

Where are you located because to me it seems that you are not residing in a LIVE supported country. Below is the list of countries where the LIVE service is supported. Game features that require the LIVE service are only available in these countries.

I think this is not genuine for the people who have really bought the game by spending their money and in the end dont get a support just because the country that you reside in is not supported country. What a lame excuse, microsoft and rockstar to blame here. This is the reason why people start to support piracy rather than paying for the genuine copies.

I suppose you are totally ripped off by microsoft but in any case you can try the reaching the GFWL international support. You need to call 1-877-274-4349 and you should be escalated to the proper support. And if you can't get any help from the agent, ask to speak to a supervisor and someone will call you back.

I am still at guess whether you bought a retail game or you bought a cd key only? If you bought a cd key only which is not working and giving you error messages then you can demand for another cd key from where you bought it. Could you also tell us how many times have you installed the game on your pc? It might be that the X-Live people cant help you out because the cd key is disabled in the Games for Windows Live?
