NFS World application not able to start well

I have desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7. Also the game application that is NFS World is been installed. The problem is that I am not able to get the thing to work. When the game application is been executed we get an error as Contact Customer service. I have no idea for the thing. Please help me out for the same so that it will be better to process.
