Game Vendor crash problem in Mytheon

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7. I have installed Mytheon game application to the system. The problem is that the game vendor leads to cash while playing. I have no idea what is been causing this. Please help me out so that I can make the desired change and perform for the thing which could be better in order to process as needed. It will be helpful.
