Not able to find Dragon Age disk issue

I have a desktop and it is been installed with Windows 7. I have a game application that is Dragon Age origins. The problem is that I am not able to install the game to the system that is when I try to install the application I get an error issue that not able to find Dragon age origins disk please insert disk again. I do not know what could have caused it. Please help so that I can make the change as needed. It will be helpful.
