I am facing a serious issue with a game that I am trying to load in the Windows 7 operating system. The game is Mass Effect 2 and I am getting a Black screen on start up. There were no issues while installing this game in my system. Anyways, it is not able to start in this operating system. I am not able to understand why this is happening.
