Assassins Creed II problem

i played assissan creed 2 well and there is no problem when i reached to venice i climp viewpoint 45 and synchronized it but map not updated and the mission beside it not work and i go to assissans tomp 5 and finish all climping the door open and i went to tomp to open it the tomp not open i tried to get another crack and setup the game again but didn't work plz help me
