PLEASE HELP ME! Sims 3 SUPER BUG

Ok, so I pre-ordered my sims 3 from amazon and, once it came I had no trouble installing or running the game. But when I bought my house and went to build this happened:




I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to happen. Please I need all the help I can get I want to play S3


My specs:

4 processors running - AMD Phenom(tm) 9750 Quad-Core Processor
2.41 GHz Performance Rated at 6.15 GHz
8.0 GB ram
Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition, 64-bit
ATI Radeon HD 3650

Have you tried to reinstall the game and see if it still gives the same problem? Search online for some patch that might be required to fix your version of game.

Yes, I've uninstalled 3 times. It's something to do with textures or something because the same thing happens when I put stairs or walls for building. It's really gay, and I don't know where is a patch, I heard it's not out yet any other solution?

check for compatibility of the game.right click the icon goto properties click on compatibility then in compatibility mode run program and check it and also check with privilege level check run this program as an admin if available.also confirm that your graphics card is compatible ..

Timon, I'm pretty sure my computer can handle sims 3. Everything is fine when I play l4d, and tf2, those games are spec hoggers, I run fine 60+ fps no issues. I think it's the textures like I said.

some thing same problem was there for me but with sim 2 but for me the problem was virus in object that i have downloaded so due to that virus while creating objects it shows problem so scan your computer for virus ...

I scanned my computer and there is no virus... problem is still there.

What is your system configuration? Have you tried to reinstall the game? Did you even try to install the latest version of video drivers that can support the game? Prior to this problem were you able to play the game fine? Did you try to install any patch for the game? The problem seems related to graphic driver only, so try to do the following told above.

the game was working fine while i had the sims 3 until one day it just changed.. i uninstalled about 3 times, then i got the new expansion pack and it didnt help so i have just been looking for the answer or a patch for it since..

Well, am not familiar with your Sims 3 problem, but i have found some patches for this game and hope would help you in anyway. By installing this you can fix many issues of the game. Just try it out.:
