For good gaming output you need a high end system. Especially when it comes to a graphic card. And that matters a lot. You will get a low visual quality if the graphics are not so great. And it will be very complicated to work on the same also. Ram also matters the most. Good amount of ram will help you to get a stable gaming output. From the game video settings you can disable various things to increase the output.
