Empire Total War irregular performance issues

I have always been very curious to play Empire Total War because I have heard that this game is very awesome. Well, I am facing some Empire Total War irregular performance issues. I am not able to understand why this is happening. The game is actually lagging a lot. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate operating system with 4 GB RAM and Corei7 processor.

I am waiting for suitable replies that will help me to solve this issue.

I dont think that there is a need to worry about the Empire Total War irregular performance issues. This is because it is a genuine problem with the games that are played in the Windows 7 operating system. The main problem is that Windows 7 uses a lot of graphics memory because of which the game becomes slow while playing. The only solution available is to restart the game while the lagging occurs.
