Just Cause 2 - Black Screen issue

Hello, I am new here, and I got a new PC so I installed Just Cause 2, Everything went well, but when i finally started the game after installation, it asked me for language, so I choosen ENGLISH and clicked LAUNCH, the screen oes black, and error window appered, it was telling me something like process was stopped

My PC Config.

• Intel core i7 930 2.8 + 2.93 GHZ
• RAM 4GB
• Nvidia GeForce GTX 285
• HD1 - 136gb - 10 000rpm
• HD2 - 1,36TB
• DirectX 10
• Windows 7 Ultimate
• 32bit system

I tried:
Update drivers
Restart PC
Reinstall game
Both HDs
Both launchers

According to me the black screen problem you are facing is because of the GPU Water Simulation. Just turn it off and then try to play the game. I am sure that you will not that problem again.
