It may be that the system is not able to cope with the game application well and hence it is leading to such problems. In order to make the things to be sorted it is very much necessary that you look out for the change that may then allow the application or the system to cope and gel up well. So do check out for the same.

The system requirements for the game is given as follows:

    • Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4Ghz Processor or equivalent
    • 4 GB Ram(Vista) or 2 GB Ram(XP)
    • ATI 3850 512 MB or greater / NVIDIA 8800GTS 512 MB or greater
    • 20 GB HD space

Do check out for the same. This may be the issue.

It can be that the system been affected by a virus threat and hence to get it sorted you need to scan the system well with a good antivirus application tool. This may then help in getting the application or the process to be executed well. As the ati tray may not then function in the background. Do look out for the same and scan the system using Quick heal total security antivirus.

Run the system under safe mode option and then check out whether the game application is able to respond well. The system may be lagging out of the required configuration and hence not able to perform well. It will also be better that you install the latest upgraded driver in order to make the issue to be sorted out well. So do check out for the same. I hope this should sort the problem.
