ATI Tray Tools crashes Dragon Age

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. The problem is with the ATI tray tool that process in the background while playing Dragon age game. I do not know what could be the issue but the the tray tool runs in the background and makes the game to crash. Please do help me out. Thank you.

It can be that the system been affected by a virus threat and hence to get it sorted you need to scan the system well with a good antivirus application tool. This may then help in getting the application or the process to be executed well. As the ati tray may not then function in the background. The system may be lagging out of the required configuration and hence not able to perform well.
