Will The Settlers 7 run without any issues on Windows 7

I want to know that will The Settlers 7 run without any issues on Windows 7 or not. This is a game that I have purchased recently and it is working fine on Windows Vista, that is my current operating system. But, I will be upgrading to Windows 7 soon, so I want my above query cleared. Well, I am not acquainted whether the system requirements of this particular game has mentioned about the support of the Windows 7 platform or not.

I suggest you that you should not upgrade to Windows 7 because The Settlers 7 will not run fine on Windows 7. Another main reason is that the features that are provided by Windows Vista and Windows 7 are similar. Hence, there will be only problems if you switch the operating system. I dont think that there will be any issues with The Settlers 7 on Windows 7. This is because the system requirements of the game in the above post shows that Windows 7 is supported by The Settlers 7. Just make sure that all the other components must also be as the requirement for the game is, since as the operating system will be upgraded all the other components of the system also needs to have increasing configuration.

Rather than doing an upgradation of the Windows 7 operating system from Windows Vista, my advice to you is to enable a clean install. This means that all the files of the system must be removed by formatting and after that the new operating system has to be installed. This means that there will fresh files in the computer. So, The Settlers 7 will run without any issues on Windows 7.

I am sure that the game will lag and thus, The Settlers 7 will not run without any issues on Windows 7. All the games that I have played in my system with Windows 7 have lagged. This is because a lot of graphics memory is used by the Windows 7 operating system. Stopping all the built-in gadgets and switching to an aero theme will help you to solve this problem.
