Window 7 does not work with generals zero hours

I will suggest you to search for the latest update patch for this game you can look for update on its official sites, and one more thing if you are running this game then it will be better if you run this game with administrator privileges. After that if you are facing the problem then it will be better to contact the game manufacturer.

I will suggest you to run the game in compatibility mode for avoiding the error while playing the game.
1. First of all right click the game icon on the desktop and then choose the properties.
2. Now in the Properties Panel click on the tab of compatibility
3. Check the check box in the “compatibility mode”.
4. After that apply and save the changes.

May be you are not running the game as an administrator that is why you are getting the error. For getting out of this problem you can do the following.
1. First of all right click the game icon on the desktop and then choose the properties.
2. Now in the Properties Panel click on the tab of compatibility
3. After that in the “Privilege Level” section, check the check box of “Run this Program as an Administrator” checkbox.
4. After that apply and save the changes.

I was also facing the similar problem of crashing of my computer system then I have updated my computer system with the video card to a HD 2400. After that this game is running fine on my computer system. So I will suggest you the same to update the video card to a HD 2400. This will definitely solve your problem.
