    PS3 Error Code 8001050F

    Hi,

Anyone know what is this error? Two weeks ago as I configured the router to NAT2, but when trying to log in network, there was no way, I've tried about 6 or 7 times, and gave me the same fault. Then I went to look at the settings and saw that I was NAT3 again. With the computer up and custom settings NAT2 , but I also leave open the session saying the problem 8001050F. I have the telefonica router in wireless configuration. Please help.

8001050F error seems related to the internal clock of the PlayStation 3 that makes a huge mess with leap years. The console tries to go to February 29 but the absence of that day in leap years, the clock is changed to another date. It's like the year 2000 but located on the PlayStation 3. The date change unfit to connect to the PlayStation Network, connection is needed in many games to make sure it is a legal copy and to connect to any online game server.

According to the sony, the people are getting the error is due to an erroneous track on the hard disk or a bug in the update, which can lead us to a secure format, but just in case awaits further opinions, not format until you are 100% safe, I recommend always use the Ethernet cable is safer when you upgrade the firmware or any game, always play 3 when you connect to the internet, turn off the pc, who knows that not lead to conflict, as the console must always be in a well ventilated.

This error is affecting the vast majority of users of PSN. This problem arises when you log on to Network, but can also occur with certain games (eg, PEs 2010, CoD: MW2), mentions that we could not successfully load the information from the trophies, and therefore the game does not can start. Also I noticed that the console's clock stops. And also delete trophies and games facilities.

I have UPnP enabled, so I have tested in the DMZ host IP for my router is a Netgear, which surprises me is that the rest of the connection going properly and the psp too smoothly, and if there touched something it would say was that, but do not touch anything before and would one day leave to go to another, I thought it was temporary but it takes time, plus other 'bug' command will not let me turn on the ps3, or low or fully charged battery, I give the PS button and the 4 are flashing red and I have to switch from the ps3, then I recognized but I can not turn it from standby.

Sony's response has been so vague and little conciliatory :" We reported that some users are experiencing errors in the network connection when trying to access PSN and receiving in some cases the error 8001050F. We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve. There are currently no estimated time for resolving the same. Please refrain from contact with the appropriate Customer Service and keep abreast of future developments related to this issue in this same space. Thanks for your help. " Therefore only hope to find a solution and get it the easy way (otherwise Sony would face a huge repairs, if not practically impossible).
