Suggestion on best and cheap graphics card for gta iv

I have this game on my computer and i am not able to play it with good graphic resolution on my computer. So i need some good suggestions on graphics card for GTA 4 and also some information on the updates of this game and system requirements. I have this graphic on my computer "GeForce 6150SE" to play this game. If anyone has used any of the graphics card which is suitable for this game and wanted to have his review on it.
