Assassins creed 2 accepting missions gives white screen with exclamation mark

When i meet the first man (the one without a eye) and i speak with him i accept the challenge and then appears a white screen with a exclamation point in the middle of the screen.I need help!!!
The other stuff in the game runs perfectly.What to do with the screen ??

Hello there, it is true that some of the users are facing problems like Assassins creed 2 accepting missions gives white screen with exclamation mark. Well, all are not facing, so can be considered as a bug. No solution has been recommended for the same till now. Why dont you try playing the game from a different setup? It may solve the issue.
