Help Please, Freeze/lag While playing.

Hey every1 im new here and i got a Q.
i just reinstalled my windows. and now i got some problems. first i was getting that MOM.implementation error. but anyway i fixed that after 2days
but now when i play games, like MW2 / Cs / warcraft. it just freezes / Lags for about 5-6sec. like, i loose my connection to the game. and then it comes back up. and its so annoying if you feel me, i mean i die everytime its freezing . and i get that problem. every min. maybe less than a minute

i use windows Xp pro 5.1build.
ATI Radeon 4800series graphic card
direct x 9.0c
all kinds of framework...
Intel(R) Core 2 duo CPU. 4gb Ram
Any help would be very helpfull.

It seems that there are some process are running in your background because of which whenever you try to play any games like CS/ Warcraft etc, try to kill those process by Pressing CRTL + ALT +Del button and then go to process tab and kill all unwanted process from it and then have a check i am sure you won't face any issue now.

Also check after you reinstalled Windows, did you reinstall the latest graphics drivers too?

ok it really help, but i cant understand how... i've been playing all the 2years i had my computer. with no problems. and now. they are desturbing me, how come?
