Section 8 lagging and has no sound on Windows 7

I have installed Section 8 on my new operating system- Windows 7 64 bit home edition. But for some unknown reasons the Section 8 is lagging on Windows 7. And the issues does not ends here. The game also does not has any sound on Windows 7. Also I am unable to play the game on Windows Live due to Section 8. I have no idea why this is happening. Are there any compatibility issues with of Section 8 with Windows 7?

From your description of the issue of Section- VIII it seems to be that the game is lagging because of the graphical support not up to the required mark.
