Need for Speed Shift freezes frequently

I was playing the need for speed shift game with windows vista quiet smoothly. But right after upgrading to windows 7. my need for speed shift game freezes quiet frequently. can you please tell me why my system freezes always. is it due to the upgrade or some other problem. please help me as soon as possible.

Thanks for your suggestions friend i think you have not read my question properly because i have already mentioned that i was able to play the game with windows vista and i am facing this problem after installing the windows 7 operating system. Even though i checked the system requirement and i feel that it is more than enough. Any other ideas.

Some times it might happen that your system meets the system requirement but the game freezes still then you must upgrade the system to recommended requirements. It seems as your system is short of RAM memeory because you may have enough RAM but the windows 7 operating system consumes a higher amount of RAM memory.

This problem arises sometime when you upgrade your operating system. It might be due to some of the driver which need to be reinstalled again. So i would recommend you to rollback the older drivers and reinstall them or update them. i hope that this will definitely going to solve your problem.

It appears as you have installed the operating system cleanly. As you install all new software programs again after installing the OS similarly reinstalling the game would definitely help you to solve this issue. So simply uninstall the current copy of the game and reinstall it again and enjoy the game.
