You need to make sure that the disc is clean, When checking the disk to keep the edges, without touching its top or bottom surfaces. It is necessary to verify the brilliant side of the disc to make sure that the disc is clean and no damage on it.

If the disc is dirty, it must be cleaned manually. To do this, use a soft, clean and dry cloth without detergent. When cleaning the disc should be lightly rubbed by moving tissue from the center to outwards.

The error message "This disc is unreadable" may occur if the disk is damaged. If you think that the disk was damaged when you bought it, try to replace him. If your game disc is damaged Microsoft Xbox 360 and you need to order a new one. If the game was recorded on the disk Microsoft Xbox 360 or the disk has been damaged due to improper use, such as improper storage, you can only buy a new disk.

Try using several similar Xbox 360-compatible discs into the console to determine if the disk you are using the causes of the problem. For example, try playing several games discs, several DVD movies, or music CDs from several. If the problem does not occur when using other discs, this disc in particular can be causing the problem. If this problem occurs when you play one or more game discs, and if the Xbox 360 has a hard drive of Xbox 360 is connected, try installing the game on the Xbox 360 hard drive.

Determine whether the game disc and the console are from the same country or region, Game drives and consoles are made for certain countries and regions. If you try to play a game disc, made for a specific country or region, on a console designed for a different country or region, playing a game disc will be impossible. For example, if you purchase the Xbox 360 console in India, your region - India. So you can not use the console to play the game discs sold in America or Australia.

There is a possibility that the problem is not with the disk, but with the Xbox 360 console. To check this, follow these steps.

    1. Turn off the console and then turn it. Try the disk again.
    2. Try the disc on another console if possible. If this is the CD-ROM or DVD-ROM,
    3. Try the drive on another device, reads the type of disc.
    4. If it is a recordable CD (CD-R), try another CD-R disc from this set. You may also use a CD-R with another vendor.
    5. Try to play other games to determine if there is the problem in all games or just in this one.
    6. If the console is connected to a hard drive or memory, turn off the console and remove the hard drive and memory, and then turn the console and then try to use the disk. If the problem persists, turn off and unplug the console, plug the hard drive and memory unit, and then delete all the saved games for this game.

Here is a quick fix to also pass this message and play normally.

In the menu on the Xbox 360, go to the tab system. Then click on memory and then Y. Important, do not format or rename.

    Make order the following maneuver:
    XX-LB-RB-XX

This maneuver should cause the opening of a menu on the right that asks you to upgrade storage. Press "yes" and technically you will not have this disk unreadable message.
