Xbox LIVE Error code 80072741

Hi,

I have a problem on the xbox 360. I am trying to upgrade my live membership to gold but when i go to account management I get Error code 80072741. Any ideas anyone? I can still play games and talk to people over Xbox Live,can someone please help i have tried researching but have found nothing.

Xbox LIVE Error code 80072741, can occur for one of the following reasons:

• Certain features of Xbox LIVE are not available due to system maintenance or due to an unexpected problem of Xbox LIVE.

• You can not have full access to Xbox Live for a network configuration problem.

Error code 80072741 may occur due to system maintenance Xbox LIVE certain features may be unavailable for use. To determine the status of Xbox Live service, use one of the following methods:

2. Select Network Settings.
