What is error 80710B23 on the PS3?

I have hp desktop computer which is running windows xp.I also have PS3.I spend lot of my time playing online game.Until last night I don't have any problem But today when I try to connect to the Playstation network An error has occurred stating that" You have been signed out of PLAYSTATION Network.(80710B23)".Can any one tell me "What is error 80710B23 on the PS3?".

As per my knowledge this problem happened with only those guys who use DSL connection.If you are using cable modem connection then you never face this problem.In DSL connection you have to get network setting to set MTU manually.Small change in MTU setting will solve this problem.Change MTU to 1492.
Now try to play game.

I think there is some problem in your modem. You have to reset your modem.Just turn it off wait for few seconds and again turn on.If you still have the same problem then there is some problem in PS3.download latest update for your PS3 and install it.

It may happened due to slow internet connection. I think your PS3 network is running very slow or does not responding.Just try to restart your PS3 and again try to connect.If you still have the same problem then unplug your router and plug it after few minutes.
