gta4 camera spins keys not work

after struggling for days ad spending money i have been able to play gta4 but still the game is giving problem after few minutes the game camera start spinning ad some keys stop working when checked on net they said to disable all human interference i did as they say but i dozen t work at all only mouse was left to disable help me out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ohmy:

Did you check the game patches and its updates becuase its common issues faced by many users.
