Does this mean the player has almost a ban, its got 4 yellow cards and when he gots another he is banned.

As per my knowledge it means that if you are playing multiplayer game and one of your friend has disconnected in between the playing mode then you get this sign.

They are names of the club Vfb Stuttgart reserves.

I get this with fifa manager 2010, and when i looked at the reserve team there was a player with this. When i look i see that he has 4 yellow cards.
So i think this is the solution.

what does the red symbol like "stop" at the status. and with that symbol my player can't to play in domestic league but can in other cup..
