Hearts of Iron-3 System Requirements

I am using a Windows XP with 512 DDR RAM, 80GB SATA Hard drive, AMD Athlon processor with 64 or 128 MB onboard graphics. Now I have just recieved a new game - Hearts of Iron-3. Can any help me with the System requirements. Do I need to upgrade? Also provide me some description of this game.

Hearts of Iron game is developed on the canvas of World WAR II. The Hearts of Iron series has been acclaimed as one of the largest and most detailed World War II strategy series. It covers 1936 - 1948.
Player have to hold control over a country which include Russia or United Kingdom i.e U.K and even the smaller countries eg. Costa Rica. The player need to guide the country through World War II. Hearts of Iron 3 is the third product of the grand strategy Hearts of Iron series.
