cd-key already in use error

When i try to play online i sometimes get a message: cd-key allready in use, can you tell me why do i get this error message , Is someone using my cdkey , if so , how can i prevent him from using it , please help me thanks in advance

You can just sent a email to steam or by letter , you can send the reciept of purchase asking them to change your cd-key and issue you new one

You Should contact the Developers of the game because apparently someone has your serial number with a pirated version The editor should provide you a new key and then fired the person who hacked these key you can use yours new one

When you only get this message sometimes the problem is caused by your cdkey not being released from the previous server you played on.
The game thinks that you (or someone) is still playing on the last server you played on and using your cd-key.
To fix the problem you can simply wait 3-5 minutes and the cd-key will automatically be released after a period of inactivity.
You may also reboot your PC and the cd-key should be released when you log in again.
