Pokemon World Online Runtime Error 429

I have downloaded the stable version of Pokemon world online, but the problem is i'm facing troubles while playing it online. First of all i'm running Xp sp2 and as i do login with all my account details i get the following error:

Run-Time Error 429
ActiveX Component cant create object

And i can't play the game, any ideas? whats wrong here? Thanks in advance for any help.

Visual Basic client supports Windows computers, from Windows 95 to XP. Vista is also supported but there are glitches in Windows Vista that can cause problems with the game, and it may not work with Vista's UAC setting turned on.

Have you tried reinstalling it?

From PWO wiki:

429 Object creation failed
Program is corrupted, try reinstalling the program generating the runtime error.

You need to reinstall PWO, better is download the fresh copy and then install. Before installing new setup uninstall the previous one.

Yes it happens because your time is wrong to connect, happens when many people connects same time. Or application data might be corrupted, I would try re-downloading it.
