Anno 1404 display error 4101

Last time i was bit busy with the game Anno 1404. Now but cant finish all. The game pops out now message that my display driver stopped and recovered. In the log I can see the warnings are for display with error code 4101.Now my question is whether that is a bad driver or something else?
Any ideas?

Have you tried other drivers? The latest e.g. I hear quite often that Nvidia or ATI has problems with windows 7 drivers. On my laptop (Nvidia card) that are sometimes collapsed, with simple animations DirectX . Very frustrating ..

It seems to me that crashes due to a slow processing. Perhaps there is a security, but you also just say that the game runs fine. This seems somewhat contradictory.

Your drivers have not turn the latest driver cat 9.9 , Soon comes from that 9.10 seems to solve many bugs Anno1404 ..There are many people who have problems with Anno1404 and ATI. such problem so for now i dont think much supportive solution you will get just uninstall driver and install again with latest on use ccleaner.
