Hello , I think that is the normal Speed that you are getting normally the processor take around 9MB/s to load a map then it would take 5-6 second for actual loading of map plus the extra time to process and initialized , and also assuming that the processor has to make calculations and can that can take upto a minute. so the time you stated is average time , i think |

have you Tried to install the patch? the loading time depend on your RAM (1024 MB for XP and 2048 MB under Vista , is the requirement i think) ,also You can try reducing the frequency and bit rate in the sound options. Open the Start Menu and open Control Panel. Find and double-click "Sound" to open it.
