Unable to play Games on Zylom

Hello to you all

I have a problem since few days. When I try to play games , going to Zylom website , i cannot play the games , they seem to have changed the model or Screen resolution ,when I click on a game the screen is far too low so it s impossible to play. i dunno what could be the problem , so can you tell me how can i solve this problem thanks in advance

Check as follows if you have the right version of Java installed on your computer:

2. Double-click on 'Software' or on 'Add/Remove Programs'
3. Search the list for 'J2SE Runtime Environment'

If you found JRE of JVM, please follow these steps:

1. then you need to Deinstall the Java by selecting JRE or JVM and click on 'Remove' option to remove the java . and after that you need to Install the right version , which you can download from here http://main.zylom.com/msjavx86.exe

If you have no version of Java at all, then please download Java from this page: http://main.zylom.com/msjavx86.exe

Follow the installation instructions and restart your computer to implement the changes you made.

Please make sure you have installed Zylom GamesPlayer. You can download the GamesPlayer their website after downloading , you need to Click on 'Run' and follow the onscreen instruction

Hello , i have a Similar Problem When i Try to contact the zylom support staff , they replied the following solution

Screen resolution too low
that their online game have become larger in size , Which is why the games needed to a big screen for the playing the games . However, this new screen is only completely visible on a monitor with a resolution of 1024 by 768 or higher. If you see this message please follow the steps below to change the resolution of your computer screen. We advise you to write these steps down or print them out, Because this screen might close.

If you have Windows XP:

1. Go to your desktop and click with the right mouse button.
2. Click 'Properties'.
3. Click the 'Settings' tab.
4. On the left you can see 'Screen resolution'. Left click the arrow and drag it towards 'More'. You can release the mouse button when you've reached 1024 by 768 or higher.
5. Click 'Apply' and then 'OK' to save your settings.
6. Close the pop-up and re-start The Game.

So i Think you Should follow the Step given Above to Solve the problem
