Diablo 2 resolution

IS it possible to play the Diablo 2 with resolution more than 800x600? It seems like its stuck on 800x600. How can i play it on 1280x1024? I don't know if its already discussed because its quite old game. But still i wanna know if its possible to increase the resolution of Diablo 2 .

No it doesn't, there is only 640x480 and 800x600 has always been like that. Do you have nVidia Graphics card ? The nVidia control panel has a resolution scaling feature. It wont make it have 1024 sized textures, but it will scale it up a bit at least in how clear the pixels are.

Yes right, If you have the latest NVIDIA drivers, you can at least set a custom profile for this game and put some of the card's settings on high. I used to play D2 extensively. From what I remember there is no higher resolutions. Otherwise play with the in game video settings, it will not look that bad. Move the brightness all the way left and contrast all the way right. Now reverse it. Try different shadow settings.
