oblivion vs fallout 3

Can anybody tell me which is the best game between this two game called oblivion or fallout 3 ? What are the pros and cons of oblivion and fallout 3 game, can anyone make a list? My vote goes for Fallout 3 as it was the best game that I have ever played till now.

Here are some of the prons and cons that I found from other site

Pros:
1.tons of swords and magic
2.So much to do
3.Very beautiful environment and VERY great graphics for its time (still pretty good)
4.Tons of factions you can join
5.Horses!
6.The ps3 is Superior over 360 graphics wise

Cons:
1.Physics are not very good at all
2.the main quest is very short and not that interesting
3.THE ADORING FAN!!!!!!!
4.No DLC (unlike pc and 360)
5.the cure for vampirism quest glitch( i had to start the whole game over cause i didnt want to be a vampire, after i finished the main quest!)
6.Other glitches
7.enemies level up with you, making no point to getting better weapons cause when your lvl 1, u have ***** weapons like the enemies, and when your lvl 20, u have beast weapons like enemies, thus making lvl 1 and 20 no different minus the new sweet weapons and armor

I had already played by spending most of the time this game called Oblivion than i ever will playing Fallout and you can keep playing after the main quest is finished to finish any other side quests. Fallout 3 is a grower, the further you get in and the more perks and skills you pick up, the better it gets.

Everyone has differnet opinion and I have played very well throughout each and every part of Fallout 3 and I have really loved it. I have several friends who loved it also but most of them said that they liked the game Oblivion over Fallout. I have yet to play Oblivion, but plan on playing it soon.
