here are all the Silent Hill: Homecoming Unlockable

Unlockable: Hospital Ending and Orderly Costume

Spare the mother in the prison, and forgive the father at the confessional. Opt to save Wheeler by giving him a first aid kit. You will unlock the Hospital Ending and the orderly (scrubs) costume.

Unlockable: Drowned Ending and Cult Costume

Kill the mother in the prison, and blame the father at the confessional. Opt to save Wheeler by giving him a first aid kit. You will unlock the Drowning Ending and the cultist costume.
Unlockable: U.F.O. Ending, Sheriff Costume, and Laser Gun

Spare the mother in the prison, and blame the father at the confessional. Opt to save Wheeler by giving him a health drink. You will unlock the U.F.O. Ending, the sheriff costume and the Laser Gun (find on subsequent session in Joshua's room).
Unlockable: Best Ending and Travis Costume

Kill the mother in the prison, and forgive the father at the confessional. Opt to save Wheeler by giving him a first aid kit. You will unlock the Best Ending and the trucker costume of Travis Grady.
Unlockable: Circular Saw

On a subsequent play session, find it in the Shepherd family's garage.
Unlockable: Bogeyman Ending and Bogeyman Mask

Spare the mother in the prison, and blame the father at the confessional. Allow Wheeler to die when you find him (after defeating Curtis). You will unlock the Bogeyman Ending and the Bogeyman mask.
Unlockable: Young Alex Costume

Head to the game’s main menu and insert the following code on the directional pad to unlock the Young Alex costume: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Circle.

About game

Silent Hill Homecoming follows Alex Shepherd, a soldier wounded in combat and recently released from the hospital. At the start of the game, the player controls Alex through a nightmare concerning his younger brother, Josh, before Alex wakes up in the cab of a truck driven by Travis Grady, the protagonist from Silent Hill: Origins, who gives him a ride to his hometown of Shepherd's Glen. The town, named for a distant ancestor who helped found it, is covered in fog and deserted, with several roads having fallen into disrepair or simply collapsed into nothingness. At home, he finds his mother in a near catatonic state, murmuring about his father leaving to find Josh; promising to find Josh, Alex leaves
