Honestly speaking, for using different tactics in call of duty modern warfare you will first need to improve your self cause it depends on any person's skills. If you are skillfull then definately you can overcome the game. If not then there are many ways to do it, like using cheats, walkthrougs, and many more things to improve your gaming ability but that is not a good idea. In the meanwhile read some articles made and find out what you are looking for: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 guns
call of duty modern warfare 2 new weapons
Call of duty 4 mod tools
Call of Duty - World At War

    Multiplayer Tactics in Modern Warfare

    Dot Awareness
Awareness of your enemy's location will save you more and net you more kills than anything else. Knowing that an opponent lies lurking around a corner before you make the turn gives you an instant advantage. Keep a sharp eye out on your minimap, which shows the locations of enemies when they make noise such as when they are running or shooting their weapon. In order to make the best use of the minimap, coordinate the use of your UAV with your teammates. It's not efficient for two allies to use it at the same time, so make sure to stagger the use.

    Directional Logic
Enemy awareness can also be achieved by simple, proper use of directions. If you spot an enemy bearing down on an ally, don't shout "left" or "right", but instead, use compass directions like east, west, north, etc. Your minimap also provides a compass, precisely so that these kinds of directions can be universally understood.

    Slow, Prone and Sprint
Moving while crouching or crawling while prone accomplishes two crucial goals. First, you're harder to spot and there's a smaller profile to aim at, and secondly, you shoot more accurately. Unless you're out in the open, there should be little reason to stand upright.

On the other hand, nearly any time you spend out in the open should find you sprinting. If you need to cross a courtyard to get from cover to cover, click the left stick to haul ass across the open ground. Sprinting is also a good technique to avoid fire, no matter where you are. Getting shot, but you're not sure from where? Try sprinting. It's always harder to hit a fast-moving target

And many more information on tactics used here.

Usually, the crouch or prone positions are the best part of your tactics in call of duty modern warfare. This game also allows players on a team to communicate through a headset. Another good way is to draw enemy fire (thus giving away their position) and not get killed is to run a 'sprint and crouch' tactic.
