the best team on pokemon diamond version

Can anyone tell me what is the team on pokemon diamond version game? I have found that any team could be fine if only they are provided with high stats and levels, but is there any particular team that is noticingly known? I want to go online therefore I am asking such questions?

There are six pokemon with the highest stats which I know and they are:
Arceus
Dialga
Giratina
Ho-oh
Lugia
Mewtwo

And their best attacks are:
-Arceus - Hyper beam, Judgement, Thunder, Earth power.
-Dialga - Roar of time, Hyper beam, Earth power, Aura sphere.
-Giratina - Earth power, Aura sphere, Shadow force, Hyper beam.
-Ho-oh - Sacred fire, Fire blast, Sky attack, Hyper beam.
-Lugia - Hydro pump, Aeroblast, Hyper beam, Sky attack.
-Mewtwo - Aura sphere, Psychic, Future sight, Hyper beam.

Garchomp Lv. 50-70 (Earthquake, Giga Impact, Dragon Claw, Dragon Rush)
Luxray Lv. 50-70 (Thunder, ThunderBolt, Spark, Thunder Wave)
Rapidash Lv. 50-70 (Fire Blast, Fire Spin, Flare Blitz, Overheat)
Gyarados Lv. 50-70 (Hydro Pump, Twister, Water Pulse, Hyper Beam)
Haunter or Gengar Lv. 50-70 (Shadow Ball, Destiny Bond, Shadow Claw, Dark Pulse)

If the attack are not good, choose yourslef them.

heatran lvl 80 (lava plume, heat wave, iron head and earth power)
