In the pokemon sapphire game first you must get the national dex. Then after that you have to beat the Elite Four/Pokemon League. Then talk to professer birch in front of steven then go home talk to your mom she says that your dad has something for you. You go to patalburg gym there he will gives you the Eon ticket.

First you Have to use the fly in the middle of petalburg gym then go to the computer deposit your starter pokemon in box 1 save and turn off when turned bck on you get the eon ticket , Go and beat the elite 4 100 times and go and talk to your mother
