Will 360 get repaired or will get new system

I am having Xbox 360 which is at least 3 years old and got some problem in functioning like getting freeze in the middle of every game. So i am planning it to send for repair. If i send my Xbox 360 in for repair, will Microsoft send me a new system with HDMI version? Need some suggestion, please help me.

Not sure but it is about 3 weeks if they send you a new console outright and 4-6 weeks if they attempt a repair. All depends on Microsoft. When you send your 360 to them, they decide depending on the condition of your xbox whether it needs a repair or a replacement. I can say you for sure that if you send in one without HDMI you will get one back without HDMI.

Microsoft has decided to reimburse customers who have previously paid for repair expenses related to the three flashing lights error message on the Xbox 360 console. If the problem of your xbox is unfixable, you are going to get a new one. For this you have to keep patient as it will take upto 2 months as well.

sometimes they give u a new one sometimes they fix your old one

So on my first 360, it had a indent on the top of it XD, i dropped something on it once XD

than like 4 months later it red ringed on me, so i sent it back, it was the same 360, the indent was still there

but the last time i sent it back, i got a completely new one

The manufacturers try hard to repair their product before replacing it. However, if the problem is intense and couldn't be solved or repaired, then you will get the new replaced 360 box.
