Download mame for ps3

How to install and download mame for ps3 ? please some sone guide me on mame ? i am a big noob at this . Will this harm my PS3 . Has anyone tried getting MAME to run on the PS3 ?

I think the latest version of MAME is MAME v114u4 : MAME core to .114u4. (addition of “init & (small) x11”).
