Can we watch youtube video on PSP,, i tried going to youtube and try to check but i get a message saying that : need a flash update.. I have done all the flash update that i need but cant get it fix . Is there any software which can i use to watch youtube video .

The PSP's web browser does not support new version of flash, currently youtube using flash 10. If you want YouTube on PSP directly you need latest upgrade and firmware for your PSP to get the latest flash.

Here is the step by step you got to do to install it .
Download PSPTube after downloading it first you got to open the PSPTube.cfg file and press ctrl + F, and type in "DEV" press until you find Dev id="".as told by Mr. Boo Bear

Create a YouTube developer profile at youtube.com/dev and add your ID to psptube.cfg, under dev_id.

Now Extract the PSPTube from the 200over folder and put in GAME352 folder.now choose a internet connection and it may not show no video dont get angry just press circle and search it .
Here is the control info:
X: Cancel; O: Accept; L/R: Last/Next Page; Start: Pause;
Select: Change aspect ratio (Original Size, Full screen)
