No i don't think so you would be able to play Call of duty 4 on your computer the minimum requirements are as follows

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2.4 GHz, AMD Athlon 64 2800+ processor
or any 1.8Ghz Dual Core Processor or better.
RAM: 512MB RAM (768MB for Windows Vista)
HD: 8GB Free SPace
GFX: NVIDIA Geforce 6600, ATI Radeon 9800Pro or better

No it won't run with 900Mhz, since its too much less, one of my friend is running cod4 with 2.0 GHz Pentium ( Not Dual Core), 768 MB ram, 128 MB Geforce 6200.

Your system configuration is low as compared to the system required for running COD4. COD4 need a 2.4 or higher processor with minimum 1GB ram. It also need a video card with Sharder support. For that ATI RAdeon X1800 is recommended. As compare to the above you have a low system resources.
