Set up a Xbox 360 HD DVD drive straight to a TV

Can we do this ? can you hook up an hd player from an xbox directly to the tv ? is this possible ? i am totally in to HD DVD , you get getter performance from High-Definition standard. i am asking this because xbox 360 as a feature of adding hd drive . so some one can give me a guide on to it .

You can connect it with a PC but not with a TV ! Because pc have drivers installed in it and tv dont . maybe you can install it Via a USb The HD DVD player can also serve as a USB 2.0 hub. This lets you connect up to two other Xbox 360-licensed devices in addition to the Xbox 360 console. so not sure if you can connect tv as well .
