56K if you have dial up (obvious). Of course dialup is far from the best internet connection for gaming, but it works. Some cross platform games have separate servers for each platform. If your configuration is low then Get a new graphic card to suport the game.

When you try and play a web game but nothing happens, do you hear a beep? It sounds like your game settings and installations are just bad.. it could be a hardware problem, but that seems unlikely. Is your Windows firewall disabled?
