Enable WMA Playback on the psp without internet

How to enable wma on the psp with out internet? I save a mp3 file on my PSP and when i start it a message came WMA Playback is not enable. There were some tutorial on the net on Enable WMA Playback on the psp without internet . I think it was on psphack , can some one give me a link to a tutorial or can provide tip . Thanks for the help .

This tool is meant for those who wanted to listen to WMA music but don't have internet connection for their PSPs. You will need the eLoader and GTA: LCS to run this tool on your 2.60 PSP of course. Here is a guide on how to use this program:

1. Extract the containing folder "wmaenable" to the "games" folder on the psp
2. On your psp start the GTA UMD game
3. Once eLoader is loaded you should see your EBOOTs go to the EBOOT that named "PSP WMA ENABLER"
4. Start/run "PSP WMA ENABLER" by pressing the "X" or "O" button
5. Once the app "PSP WMA ENABLER" is running and you will see the words "wma enabler". Press the "x" button
6. Once after you pressed X the app will do its duty on enabling your wma support
7. The app will take you back to the eLoader menu.
8. Press "start" button to exit eLoader
9. You will notice a change of look and system name.
10. Put your music (wma files) on your psp
11. Play your music

After you put the music in the folder. If you like to enable WMA playback, turn PSP off by holding the switch for few second, Hold L and R and turn it on again.There will be a menu . After that got to the registry hacks and press x to enable it . After that connect to the internet and hit enable from the setting menu .

Get into the recovery, now just go to registry hacks and then you can enable them from there just by pressing X
