Unable to connect to other player -command and conquers zero hour

When I join command and conquer: Generals and Generals Zero Hour online. I was unable to connect to any of the players this never used to happen before we got out wireless router and I have tried reinstalling the game 2times, and also the connection says "connection completed" then it goes to the loading screen, my bar fills up instantly but it waits for about a minute before it starts and then game turned of immediately.

Most of the time the connection error occur because of system Firewall, you need to disable the firewall, so make sure your firewall is not blocking it. If your firewall will not take it, you won't be able to connect to games. I would say for sure that's the problem.
