Mostly xbox live recommended iso speed ISO speed also know as film speed .

ISO speed is the measure of a photographic film's sensitivity to light, determined by sensitometry and measured on various numerical scales, the most recent being the ISO system. Relatively insensitive film, with a correspondingly lower speed index requires more exposure to light to produce the same image density as a more sensitive film, and is thus commonly termed a slow film. Highly sensitive films are correspondingly termed fast films.

    Re: Xbox live recommended speed

The minimum requirements to use Xbox Live are:

    • An Xbox video game system
    • An Xbox Live Starter Kit

This includes an Xbox Communicator, a game disc with the Xbox Dashboard update, and a subscription code.
    • A high-speed Internet connection

Note Microsoft does not support satellite connections for use with Xbox Live.
    • A cable modem or DSL Internet service

If you want a high-speed connection to use with Xbox Live, look for the Xbox Compatible logo on certain packages that are available from major Internet service provider (ISPs). Microsoft has approved these ISPs for use with Xbox Live.
    • A credit card

To connect your Xbox console directly to your Ethernet cable or DSL modem, you must have a Category 5 Ethernet network cable. To share your broadband connection between your Xbox console and a computer, you might have to have additional hardware or a specific software configuration.
